Dr. Cindy Ann Grow is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a diverse background in healthcare, education, and community service. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Central Florida, where she also completed her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Additionally, Dr. Grow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida.

With a commitment to excellence in patient care, Dr. Grow holds multiple licenses and certifications, including her APRN license in Florida, ANCC AGPCNP National Board Certification, and Grantsmanship Certification from the University of Central Florida. She is also a licensed Registered Nurse,

Dr. Grow’s professional journey encompasses a wide range of clinical experiences and leadership roles. She currently serves as an APRN at CVI of Ocala, where she provides comprehensive care to cardiac patients under the supervision of Dr. Solanki. Dr. Grow is also the Founder and Operator of Hope Clinic LLC, a free primary care and mental healthcare clinic for uninsured and indigent individuals in Marion County, Florida. Additionally, she operates her own primary care practice, Patient Centered Health Care &

Wellness LLC, a telemedicine practice focusing on adult chronic disease prevention and management through integrative healthcare modalities.

Throughout her career, Dr. Grow has been actively involved in academia, serving as an Adjunct Faculty at Purdue University Global and as a Preceptor for MSN/DNP students at various institutions.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Grow is deeply engaged in community service initiatives. She founded Hope Clinic to address the healthcare needs of underserved populations in Marion County and has served on the Executive Board of the Marion County Health Alliance. She has also participated in and supported organizations such as Meals On Wheels and the YMCA of Marion County, contributing to the well-being of her community.
