Malori Blocher, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive nursing experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, perioperative care, and quality improvement. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care and values clear communication, thoughtful education, and collaboration with patients and their healthcare teams.
Malori currently practices at the Cardiovascular Institute of Central Florida, where she draws upon her diverse clinical background to assess and manage patients’ healthcare needs. Her experience caring for patients with complex and high-acuity conditions has strengthened her clinical judgment and commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based care.
Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Malori worked as a registered nurse in several demanding clinical settings. Her experience includes caring for trauma, cardiac, neurological, surgical, and critically ill patients in the emergency department and intensive care unit. She also served as a certified ECMO specialist, monitoring patients receiving advanced life-support therapy and working closely with physicians, perfusionists, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Additionally, her perioperative nursing and quality-improvement experience gave her a strong understanding of patient care throughout the surgical process.
Malori earned both her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, where she received President’s Honors. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen College, also graduating with President’s Honors. Malori is committed to helping patients understand their health, manage chronic conditions, and make informed decisions that support their long-term well-being.
